Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MedTrack ("the Service"), operated by Abdullah Gültepe, an individual based in Sweden ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MedTrack. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Not Medical Advice
MedTrack is a personal organisation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication schedules, doses, and decisions must follow your clinician or pharmacist. Never change or stop medication based solely on the app. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. The Service
MedTrack helps you track medications, dose logs, reminders, and optional multi-device sync. Features may change as we improve the product. Free and paid tiers (when offered) are described in the app.
4. Accounts & Identity
MedTrack may create an opaque account identifier when you add data and enable sync. There is no traditional email/password login. You are responsible for keeping recovery codes and device access secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your sync account was compromised.
5. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MedTrack for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
- Interfere with integrity or performance of the Service
- Misrepresent MedTrack as a medical device or clinical product
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of medication names, schedules, notes, and logs you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service (including optional sync and push notifications you enable).
8. Subscriptions and Payments
MedTrack may offer an optional paid Premium subscription (and a time-limited trial). Prices shown in the app at purchase apply.
- Merchant of Record. When payments are enabled, they are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Billing is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Trial. New accounts may receive a free Premium trial. No charge during trial unless you subscribe.
- Auto-renewal & cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. After cancel you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. EU consumer withdrawal where applicable) or granted by Paddle. Contact [email protected] or your Paddle receipt support link.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on hosting, push notification, and (when enabled) payment providers. Their use may be subject to their own terms. Payment disputes are subject to Paddle's terms when Paddle is used.
10. Availability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for health outcomes, missed doses, data loss on your device, or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish or mandatory EU consumer law.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete local data or cloud sync account from Settings. Local-only data stays on your device until you clear it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
